Burgers Smokehouse Reviews

Burgers Smokehouse started with a humble beginning of selling cured hams as part of a Missouri tradition. Back in 1920s, E.M. Burger's mother, Hulda learned how to cure hams from her native Germany, so they started to make a small batch of 6 and sold them to their neighbors during the holidays. The year after they sold double and even doubled in number the year after that.
Soon after, their operations expanded and are now curing their hams over 305,000 square feet of factory making more than 750,000 cured hams and other processed meats annually.

Burgers Smokehouse Review

My Burgers Smokehouse reviews are based on my entire customer experience. A "thumbs up" means I found enough value in the product to say I would order it again, and a "thumbs down" could mean it was a good product, but I would not buy it again at the price I paid for it. This how I believe I can show you the best value for your money.

Burgers Smokehouse on The History Channel's Modern Marvels
In 1952, E.M Burger took a big leap by curing 1,000 hams in their 1,500 square feet barn house, which his neighbors thought to be crazy. However, he became successful in his quest. He was able to sell them all to city folks with cash money, especially those in the restaurant and hotel business.

With his taste of victory, E.M Burger began a bigger quest to start their own company, and after years of hard work and dedication, they earned their first recognition in July 1956 to be the first meat company in the country to receive a Federal Inspection.
