Norwegian Atlantic Salmon is another favorite. Harvested from the clear, cool coastal waters of the North Atlantic, this salmon tastes delicious, is healthy for the customer, and tastes as though it were just caught. CSS’s Atlantic Salmon is raised on Norwegian fish farms and comes with a 3rd party certification. Some recipe suggestions offered are Balsamic-Glazed Salmon and Salmon Pesto with Rice.
The Cod available through CSS makes great traditional Fish n’ Chips with a crisp battered coating. It also melts in your mouth when baked white and flaky, served with lemon and butter. This wild-caught product of Icelandic waters makes a variety of splendid, healthy family meals.
CSS’s Halibut Steaks come from the cool waters of the northern Pacific. This halibut will turn everyone into a lover of fish. It is lean, sweet, tasty, flakey, and mild flavored. The firm texture and light taste of halibut makes it one of the most popular dinner entrées in the world. Halibut steaks have wonderful flavor whether they are baked, broiled or grilled. I have to say I was very impressed with the products I purchased from certified steak and seafood. The packaging was excellent, the products were first-class, and my guests enjoyed their dining experience.
I also ordered T-bone steaks which were equally excellent. I would have preferred the Filet Mignon side of the T-bone to be larger, but it was good nonetheless, and a good value at $19.97. It also came with its own certification.
But the best part of my order was mid-sized clams I purchased for just $4.99 a dozen. Each order comes with six dozen, which are designed to be cooked in the microwave, and come seasoned in microwave-safe bags.
All you have to do is put them in your microwave, set your microwave to seven minutes, and you have a dozen of delicious clams ready to go as an appetizer. The garlic seasoning is perfect. Your guests will think you are a master chef. I also made the most amazing linguine and clam sauce for about six dollars a portion. Any restaurant would be honored to serve such a dish for $16.

We started with the bone in New York strip steak, which were 20 ounces each. Smaller sizes are available, but I prefer larger steaks. They were all natural Angus beef, and well worth the $18.48 I paid for them.
Unlike any other steak company I've ever tried, each steak comes with a certification that it is healthy to eat. Before they are shipped to you, they are tested for e.coli and other dangers some people may be concerned with.
